My Mom lost her job.
She's saying that she got fired, but I'm calling it downsizing. (When they RIF roughly half of the staff of the business, I think that qualifies as downsizing.)
I'm really, really disappointed.

Oh...sorry to hear that Kathy. Where did she work?
She worked at a place that pretty much has a monopoly on methane (natural gas) well pumps. She spent a lot of her time driving out to the various methane wells in the area and delivering parts for the pumps. She was a casualty of low natural gas prices.
